    Mr. Sherman is known for being the creator and producer of one of the country’s most popular weekend Celebrity/Music driven TV shows,  “On The Mike” with Mike Sherman, ​which broadcasted weekly on the CBS affiliate WBFS, My Network TV in south Florida.


    Mike has personally interviewed and rubbed noses with today’s biggest stars in music sports and entertainment such as Kim Kardashian, Pitbull, Justin Bieber, Ely Manning and many more.


    Mr. Sherman was responsible for single handedly taking the show from one market in Miami, Florida to national syndication and then  to Direct TV, broadcast television and international syndication on the Sky Network.


     After only 6 months of broadcasting in the Miami market Mr. Sherman’s show had beaten the ever so popular “​Saturday Night Live“ ​in Nielsen ratings, and was the number one television show on Saturday night in the Miami market, a task that has never been down before by a local television show.


    Mike received a FREC award (“Film Recording Entertainment Counsel”) in 2010 for his outstanding work in the entertainment industry in south Florida.


    His work has been published in numerous publications and was featured in the City Link Newspaper along with NBA superstar Dwyane Wade as one of 10 people in south Florida that Rock.


    In 2008 Mr Sherman received a F.A.C.T award (“​Family’s Against, Crime Togetherness”), f​rom the city of North Miami Beach and

    from the Mayor himself for his outstanding community service and has been commended on his work with charities in south Florida and with kids from the inner cities, preaching good behaviour and strong academics in the classroom.


    Mr Sherman also created one of south Florida’s elite Magnum Academies for Film, TV, Music, Radio, Fashion and Modelling,

    called the Mike Sherman Academy of Media & Entertainment.

    Mike was also responsible for securing POP super stars Akon & Flo Rida to perform in front of 7000 people at a huge concert in 2010 in Boca Raton to support breast cancer.


    Prior to his work in the entertainment industry; Mr. Sherman was a former stockbroker for several Wall Street powerhouse firms such

    as Smith Barney, Prudential Securities, and Gruntal & Company. He became one of Gruntal & Company’s youngest multi-million dollar producers grossing over 1.5 million while also earning him the title

    of Senior Vice President.


    During Mr. Sherman’s tenure with Gruntal and company,

    Mike teamed up with Ray Leonard Jr., the son of Hall of Fame middleweight boxing champion Sugar Ray Leonard and started a sports marketing company called “U​ppercut Inc.” T​he company,

    a​ full service sports and entertainment management company specialized in pairing celebrities with corporations. One of their first clients was middleweight champion boxer “Sugar Shane Mosley”. .


    Mike has been a resident of Boca Raton, Florida for 35 years. He obtained his BA degree from Florida Atlantic University in Marketing and Finance while also participating in college sports and is actively involved in the City of Boca Raton Little League Program.

Ray Leonard Jr

Ray Leonard Jr. is the son of Hall of Fame boxer and former world champion in 5 weight divisions “Sugar Ray” Leonard.

    Ray has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild  for over 30 years and has appeared in over 100 commercials, television shows and films as an actor and producer.


    Ray is a member of several governance and advisory boards. He is the former CEO of Leonard Sports & Entertainment, a full service sports and entertainment management company specializing in pairing celebrities with corporations. Ray has managed medium to large-scale projects globally providing diversity training, team building, and business consulting. Ray has provided vision and goal-focused team strategies for Coca Cola, Polaroid, Everlast, EA sports, and many other Fortune 500 Corporations.


    Ray works closely with managers and staff to strengthen internal capacity, navigate complex relationships, and manage organizational processes. Ray has a strong collaborative approach and a facilitative style and has been responsible for creating effective and sustainable management development programs that have improved managerial effectiveness at several organizations.


    He excels at coaching managers, leading interdisciplinary teams

    to build a company’s internal capacity to manage and train staff, facilitating meetings and retreats that focus on employee engagement, team building, readiness for change and

    performance development.

    Charitable work and community development is also a major passion. He is currently on the board of directors for Walking Miracles and he served as co-executive director for the Youth Recreation Association of Philadelphia for 2 years, and has been

    a mentor for the Magic Johnson Foundation and The Walking

    Miracles Foundation.


    Ray is a native of Maryland and has a Bachelors of Science from

    Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He was a two sport division 1A athlete, excelling in football and track and field. Ray currently

    Prior to Cantor, Mr. Lefkowitz was an agent for eight years at

    Creative Artists Agency, the premiere entertainment industry talent agency, where he represented actors, writers, and directors for film, television, and new media ventures. He represented such talent as Doug Ellin (Creator and Executive Producer of "Entourage") ; Zach Braff ("Scrubs" and "Garden State");David Franzoni ( "Amistad" and the Academy Award winning film "Gladiator") ;Bonnie Hunt; Michael Keaton (Batman"); and Cuba Gooding Jr.

Matthew Brenowitz


Matthew Brenowitz grew up in Woodstock, New York where both of his parents were musically inclined. His father was a Jazz trumpet & conga drum player, while his mom played the flute for the orchestra. Matt knew at a very young age that music and entertainment was in his blood.  His parents, both teachers, gave him a video camera at the age of 7.  He gathered much interest in walking around the house, video taping all his family members and pretending to be a big movie director.

    He began his career in the Accounting Department of New Line Cinema in Beverly Hills, CA, until obtaining accreditation preparing Corporate and Individual Tax Returns.  Following his brief tax career, he served as a Registered Representative and Principal for boutique and wire house firms for before joining Bloomberg LP in 2001.


    He has been part of more than 300 successfully completed corporate financing's including debt, equity, hybrid (debt and equity) and working capital facilities, acquisitions and divestitures.


    While with Vert Capital, focus on Education Technology public offerings for hardware and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math ("STEM") devices specifically for use in the modern classroom. From September 2003 to November 2007, he was Business Development Officer for the Laurus Funds where he originated, processed, structured and closed transactions.


    Laurus' strategy was providing senior secured, fixed priced convertible debentures from $2mm-$75mm per Company. It was during this time that Laurus received the MarHedge Award for Best Niche Strategy/Innovative Category (2004) and Absolute Returns Alternative Investment Manager of the Year in 2006.

    The fund grew its AUM from $23mm to more than $2B and the average size transaction was $6-8mm per.  Prior to Laurus, Neil was with Bloomberg, LP where he covered the Chicago territory and their diverse community of investment professionals to maximize returns using the Bloomberg Professional Service.

There, Matt studied video production and music. Matthew is experienced in most editing software as well as all of today’s current music and graphic programs.  After creating and producing several national commercials for Royal Concrete, Hair Club for Men and several other major heavy weights.  Matt created Up All Night Productions, an innovative Business Marketing Solutions production company, with a full-range of resources, covering all aspects of media from television commercials to radio advertisements, websites and print work.

    In 2004,  Matt built a music recording and video post-production studio where he produces music for artists and edits videos. While running his company, Matt was offered the opportunity to become the Director/Editor & Senior Production advisor for “On the Mike

    with Mike Sherman” South Florida’s premier music show on MY 33

    & MY 15 (a CBS Viacom company.) and was syndicated throughout the US. Since the inception of Mr. Brenowitz,  the show ratings has climbed up to be in the top 3 on Saturday night, from Nielsen media research. Abebe Lewis

Abebe Lewis is the son of international reggae superstar Ian Lewis from the world-renowned Reggae band “Inner Circle”. Being around his father’s band and music studio as a young boy, Abebe always had love for music.

As a teenager Abebe attended America High in Miami Florida and after school he would go to his father's studio and learn the fundamentals

of how music should be recorded as he started assisting in his family business.
